About PDF Fix

PDF Fix is a small set of browser-only PDF tools. The goal is simple: make everyday PDF edits fast without sending private documents to a remote server.

Why it exists

PDF files often contain contracts, payslips, ID scans, receipts and other personal documents. Many online tools ask users to upload those files before editing. PDF Fix takes the opposite approach: the code runs in your browser, and the file stays on your device.

How it works

The site uses JavaScript, pdf-lib and pdf.js to perform operations such as merging, splitting, organizing, cropping, adding text and adding watermarks. After the page loads, the tools can keep working even without an active internet connection.

What it does not do

PDF Fix does not store files, does not require accounts, and does not offer Office conversions such as Word to PDF or password removal. If a task requires sending the document to a server, it does not fit the purpose of this site.
