Split PDF
Split a PDF into several parts: by ranges, every N pages, or selected pages.
How it works
- 1
Choose a file
Drag the PDF into the tool or pick it from your device.
- 2
Pick a split method
By ranges (e.g. 1-3, 5-8), every N pages, or a list of selected pages.
- 3
Split and download
Each part downloads as a separate file. All in your browser.
When to split a PDF
When one large file holds several things you need to separate: pulling just the chapter you need out of a book, separating a single invoice from a batch, or breaking a long document into smaller files that are easy to send.
FAQ
What is the difference between the methods?
Ranges: you define exactly which pages go in each part. Every N pages: automatic fixed-size cuts. Selected pages: pull only specific pages into one file.
Does the original file change?
No. New files are created, and your original stays exactly as it was.
Can I extract just one page?
Yes. Choose 'selected pages' and enter that page number.
